Well I’m a little embarrassed here. I finished the max crown on this implant but for some reason I can’t find any clinical surgery shots! I had a hard drive problem a bit back. So i managed to salvage a few images here and there so you will have to “trust me” that the case went well. Grafted site # 12 lots of great bone and attached tissue.

Patient came back at 6 months. Noticed the widened tissue cuff around the 4.2mm implant. I used a 5.7mm healing abutment on it so we got some good retraction. Placed the scan post and we are off to the races.
This is just what I love about CEREC guide 2. Just getting that screw access just where you want it. Also everyone knows my distain for the ti base screws and the short head. Replaced with a Legacy 2 screw which comes free with the implant.
Final restoration. This is just too easy.
