One Hour Onlay with CS6 Furnace

Speed and quality can go hand-in-hand!    We all know how fast CEREC can be with imaging, design, and milling, but the bottleneck of time can be found at the furnace!    Ivoclar Vivadent has launched the CS6 furnace that is FASTER and can do ceramics AND zirconia!   It is a major advancement in chairside digital dentistry!

The furnace has a “speed crystallization” cycle that is faster than any other APPROVED firing cycle in history.   Please understand that you can make your furnace heat up faster and get eMax CAD to crystallize quicker BUT how well did the crystallization occur?   It may have just changed colors, but did it crystallize completely!   Vita has their oven that has a fast cycle for eMax, but there is no incentive for Vita to make eMax what eMax can actually be.   Ivoclar Vivadent has worked out new firing stages and speeds to get eMax down to 11 minutes.   

You can rest assured that your blue block (lithium metasilicate) is being converted to the correct crystalline structure (lithium DIsilicate) with Ivoclar’s CS6 furnace.   eMax is their product and will not compromise strength or esthetics.   You will be giving the patient exactly what eMax is so well known for.
