A super quick case that was tough to photograph. #15 lost due to extensive decay, grafted with DFDBA and a collagen membrane. Optiguide as it would be too hard to do as a CEREC guide.
Stabilized with an isolate. Used my handy dandy Sirona/CEREC Guide punch kit and ID handles.
Tough getting back there, really had to come from the buccal. Tried to use a contour healer but it would not seat around the tissue, so I will place one at the impression stage. 5.2 by 11.5 Legacy 3

http://www.Digitalenamel.tvThe patient loosened up her healing abutment so we got a chance to replace it with a Contour Healer. Just love those things. In this case we used a Legacy 2 mount, as we know we do not need a final stock abutment as we are going custom.
Custom titanium abutment from custom direct! Awesome emergence profile, no? Touch to photograph back there. You may ask why not CEREC? Just tough access, didn’t have the right size ti base, tough to get back there. But hey, at least I got ‘er done right?
