The Way Way Back: #15 Optiguide Case

A super quick case that was tough to photograph.  #15 lost due to extensive decay, grafted with DFDBA and a collagen membrane.  Optiguide as it would be too hard to do as a CEREC guide.

Stabilized with an isolate.  Used my handy dandy Sirona/CEREC Guide punch kit and ID handles.

Tough getting back there, really had to come from the buccal.  Tried to use a contour healer but it would not seat around the tissue, so I will place one at the impression stage.  5.2 by 11.5 Legacy 3
