Two Teeth for Christmas

We were so happy to finish up this case for this young man. It was many many years in the making for him. He had both teeth knocked out as a child. Both teeth developed ankylosis, and #8 eventually succumbed to external resorption. Both were extracted. After many years of waiting for growth to complete, the implants were placed and restored.
The anterior open bite is a combination of the prior ankylosis, and a tongue thrust motion.

The case was completed eMax CAD abutments and crowns utilizing the CEREC TiBase system.
