Here is a super simple case using Burbank Dental Lab with SICAT with a DigitalGuide. Somewhat short edentulous space for two pre molars, based on everything we decided to use two 3.2 implants and due to the proximity of each one we could only fit two pilot guides sleeves. That being said in soft bone 2.3mm is the preferred final drill so it was no biggie!
Not sure if this is something new or I was not just paying attention, but the fit of these digital guides is great!! It almost feels like its using the hard soft night guard material. Very retentive. Just a single 2.3 drill used in both cases.
Here is the final. In retrospect I could have angled the #12 implant a little more mesially, but due to the fact that I am splinting these two, I should not have too much of a restorative problem. Unfortunately we do not have scan posts for the 3.2mm legacy, so I will most likely do these as conventional stock abutments and a cemented restoration.
Here are the finals, definitely in retrospect I would have gotten #5 closer to #6 which did have a menial tip. Again, we do not have ti bases for the legacy 3.0 so I just went with stock abutments.
