Suns Out Guns Out: Extraction, Immediate, Telio Legacy 2 Case

Still (impatiently) waiting for my CEREC Guide 2 blocks, so I ended up free handing this one.  Mushy #10 obviously non restorable.  CT  and PA shows a ton of bone.

 

Pretty simple placement.  Again, one of the huge benefits of Telio CAD is that we don’t have to worry about getting stuff in the socket.  Everything is cemented outside the mouth.

 

 

Would have been nice to have that access more palatal.  I am sure if I did this guided I would have gotten that, but my patient needed a tooth.  The final restoration will be restored with a custom Emax abutment.

 

Ahh, my favorite drawer in my office!  I can’t wait to get some 14 LT Emax blocks!  Final a bit light but I am sure there will be some staining over time.  The patient had a high gingival line around #10 and a low lip line so I am not too worried about tissue rebound.
