Skinny Bones: 3.2mm Legacy Immediate with CEREC Temp

Here is another case with an edentulous space that was just too narrow for CEREC Guide.  #23 fracture, poor crown root ratio.

Started with my Lance bur and switched to the 2.3,  Lower teeth have a 20 degree buccal tilt so in this case we do want to lean forward when drilling.

Used a skinny 3.2 and quickly the fixture mount started to interfere with the adjacent teeth.  Switched to the ratchet with the 2.0 after removing the fixture mount.  You can see the gap distance on both the buccal and lingual.

Made the patient a CEREC temporary, with Empress CAD Multi.
