Printing Aligners in your office is a win win for everyone. Patients get their aligners quicker and you can replace them easily if they lose them. Its great for the office as most cases cost about $300 for around 20 aligners vs $1500 to 1800. I have always been a huge Sprintray fan and love the Pro, but was getting models from Exceed ortho made to print horizontally. Top print upright would require sectioning or adding a base and on 40 plus aligner models that can take a while!! Now Exceed Ortho at exceed-ortho.com send the STLs with bases upright for about $240 per case!! We could have gotten more than 6 models if we tried hard but much better than two at a time!! If you want to learn more, we are doing a 3D Printing Party in November 8/9!!
