A-PRF Palooza! #15 DirecGen and A-PRF Socket graft

I know all this blood, extractions, and spinning out undifferentiated cells is totally weirding out Todd, but hey its my lot in life!  Yet another case, #15 obviously not restorable.

Got a couple questions about centrifuges.  DO NOT DO WHAT I DID!  I just went on Ebay and for $200 I got a centrifuge set up for PRF.  It works but I want to start doing I-PRF which is sort of a bone glue that when combined with your graft you can shape the mass into whatever form.  This just does A-prf.  I know Boca Dental supply does classes and has a very reasonable started kit for about $1500 so I am going to do that in November.  Spun out the Fibrin and osteo progenitor cells.

 

Spun out a few vials. Always get more than you need.  Its virtually free and you don’t have to stick the patient again.  Separated one into a mix with DirecGen DFDBA and used the other with a membrane and Villet reservable sutures.  This stuff is gross but so much fun and again will post when case is completed.
