Here is a completed case from graft to finish. #28 not right for this world. Lateral lesion secondary to a perforation. Tried to do immediate, but the socket kept the implant deviating to the medial. Grafted and returned a few months later.
CEREC Guide Reference Body fabricated. Lots of attached tissue. CEREC proposal done while the patient was being scanned. #31 was later restored.
Patient Scanned in Galileos and CEREC Guide Fabricated.
Implants Made Easy CEREC Guide Keys used and implant placed.
Initial healing abutment replaced with a contour healer. This patient likes her tea hence the stains, but look at how well the tissue is deflected with the contour healer.
Tissue mask and buccal bite taken before using a TSV 3.5 scan post.
I originally wanted to this as a screw retained restoration but due to the access hole, the resultant composite filling would be in occlusion. So we decided to do it in the MO block and make a separate Emax crown.
Milled out and I just love that milled fit from the two .RST files. Tried in the mouth on the Ti-base
Note the fact that we are supra gingival on the buccal, but still it does not look as bad as a zirconia abutment would look if it was supra gingival.
