Mill, Baby, Mill: CEREC Guide 2 case with Legacy Implant

 

Such a perfect application for CEREC Guide 2!  First Molar area, we are always worried about the nerve.  Scanned in CEREC and Galielos.

 

Lots of coverage even with the Maxi block.  In this case I used a large guide sleeve as the edentulous space was really wide.

 

Nice and easy!!  Hard to see but we are about 3mm from the nerve, with a 10mm implant, definitely not something I would feel great about doing without a guide and a stop!
