Long in the Tooth #13 Solved with Emax and TiBase

This is a pretty simple case demonstrating the TiBase system for CEREC.

A Scan Post is screwed into the implant and the corresponding Scan Body is placed on it.   Make sure you get the anti rotation correctly, as the Scan Body is just plastic and can be pushed over the slot with the slightest of over pressure.

The hybrid abutment/crown was designed and milled out of Emax.   It was then bonded to the TiBase with Multilink Abutment resin cement.

The entire Emax/Tibase unit was then screw-retained onto the implant and closed with a cotton pellet and composite.

Simple.
