Kickin’ Astra Part 2: CEREC Guide 2 Astra EV Sleeve Clinical Case

Here is another clinical case using the Astra CEREC Guide 2 Sleeves.  Not a lot of bone between the canine and the sinus.  When planning the sleeves remember that we do not have sleeves for the small CEREC Guide 2 sleeve (5.5mm) just the medium and large.  The Astra Sleeves are Medium for the Yellow and Pink drills (3.6 and 4.2), Large for the Yellow and Pink drills (3.6 and 4.2), and Large for the Blue Drills 4.8 and 5.4mm implants. 

The metal sleeve is super glued into the CEREC Guide 2 and there are no keys or handles at all!  Remember to place an inspection window on the anterior of your guide.
