It’s always nice to get a compliment from a patient and then ask them to send their friends. It is how practices can be built and thrive over time. With digital dentistry, it can take another leap forward. Whether someone videos their crown being milled, or is sent before/after pictures through email, there is never a better way to internally market your own practice.
This was a gentleman that needed a simple onlay, and was so impressed that he filmed it being milled. I later made a nice before/after collage with screen shots of the CEREC program for him. It was sent to him through email, and then I asked for him to “tell his friends” about his experience. What do you think he will do with the images? Possibly an email to a friend or colleague that needs dental work? Or, how about Facebook, where it may be seen thousands of times through his network of friends.
Internal marketing was never better, or more simple with one-visit dentistry.
