Insta-tooth: Emax Screw Retained Crown on a Legacy 2 Implant in 4.4

Just a quick one, no surgery photos for some reason, must have been bloody!  Legacy 2 4.5mm platform using a 4.5 TSV scan post.

 

 

Pretty generic, didn’t get fancy with the stains.  Little teflon tape.  All done in one sitting. I get asked a lot if I divide my appointments into two visits.  Yes and No. If I have a room and the patient doesn’t mind waiting about 1.5 to two hours I do it as one, if not I at least make them wait until I mill out the max in the purple state.
