Burbank dental labs has kindly offered to design and complete all of the cases for us at Brighterway! That being said, we usually have about 3 emails a day going back and forth and some things get lost in the confusion. This is a nice Vet who had an existing upper and lower “stud type” overdenture and we wanted to do a bar and locator “mini upper/lower overdenture.” When I say mini, I don’t mean mini implant, the patient wanted the final without a palate. As you can see we are going from a removable bite to a somewhat fixed restoration, so we copied the patient’s existing denture in occlusion and printed on the Moonray S in IBT.
Burbank ended up giving us an implant level fixed set of hybrids!!! The fit was incredible and I was particularly impressed by the bite!! Here is a video of the bite in action including my poor dental Spanish!!
