#15 Nobel, way the hell back there!

Went nice and smooth though:

Patient back 4 months later, just a shot showing the abutment position.  You can see my “party foul” I screwed the abutment in in the wrong index position.  Funny how the crown did not seat until I fixed that!

The upper second and third molars are the only teeth the in whole mouth that have a slight distal inclination.  Which is reflected in the abutment plan and position:
