Well this only took about 3 years to do! Patient came in about 3 years ago and we placed two implants replacing # 9 conventional and #10 immediate. Used optiguide.
Pretty easy standard surgery, ended up using the dense bone protocol on this one. Little laser around the prep to get some length.
Threw on some Replant stock abutments to use as a temporary, I could have used PEEK, but I just hate that material, its so hard to prep. Now I would have done two separate Telio cad screw retained restorations. Note the lingual placement.
Lets fast forward 3 years later! Patient vanished for a while and came back, temps intact. Placed two NB Replace Scan posts. One conventional emax, two screw retained crowns.
Final try in, you can see we have those screw holes right where we want them. Not in love with #10 but we had to tip it out to overcome the lower. Little teflon tape in the access. Note the crown is not fully seated in the Emax pre sintered shot.
