Galileos is My Co Pilot: DigitalGuide Pilot Guide with Legacy 2 Implant

Here is another perfect case for the newbies out there.  I did a pilot guide as this was for a live surgery for Implant Direct’s 101 course and we wanted to show the drill sequence free hand.  This guide was made at Implant Concierge in San Antonio, one of the available labs that can produce digital guides from Sirona!  Scanned in both CEREC and Galileos.

Nice and easy.  One thing helpful about a pilot guide is that its keyless. If you patient has limited opening you can start the pilot also with the shorter drills and do the rest free hand.  I usually do pilot guides if I know I need a lot of bone contouring.
