Here is another “kitchen sink” case where I got to use a few different technologies, CEREC, ExoCAD and the Asiga Max printer. #30 I did a non guided immediate molar implant. Didn’t get around to shaping the tissue so excuse the heme. Emax LT with an Implant Direct (TSV 5.7) scan post. The white scan post is an NT trading R series 5.7mm scan post and we will be using that with the analog model.
While the Emax was milling I pulled the patient’s lower jaw scan, the NT Trading scan marker and the opposing into mesh mixer to make the implant analog model. You can see that the software hollows out the model automatically. The NT trading analogs are re usable with a screw in the back.
The model printed in about an hour at 50 microns. You can see where the analog gets screwed in. You can check your contacts and occlusion prior to bringing the patient back if you want to do this as a two appointment deal.
Not in love with the distal contact. Should have smoothed that. The crown was tried in at the purple state on the first appointment.
