This woman was always embarrassed by her very large white crown on her upper left. Congenitally, she was missing her upper laterals, and everything was moved forward to compensate. Her canines were “lateralized” many years ago. The large premolar had a slender root, bone loss, and was very much out of position. We agreed to extract, develop bone, and place an implant at a better location. She also decided to make the rest of her smile look better too!
She was delighted to get her smile the way she always wanted it, especially now that she is living it up in her well-earned retirement. Congrats!!
Another CEREC smile makeover.
