Here is a case where I got to play with a few toys in my office. Patient needed an implant on #15, Legacy 5.2 by 10. Planned with CEREC Guide 2 and converted to STL with the help of Frankie Acosta. Printed in Surgical Guide resin on the Sprintray Pro.
Contour healer placed at surgery. One thing that we are waiting for with the Prime Mill is titanium milling. Not sure when that is coming, but if you are in the market for an open sourced mill, the VHF Z4 can mill titanium as well as Zirconia, Emax, any CEREC block. If you want to mill titanium, one thing that is really important is that you use the same Scan Body as the Titanium Blank. In this case, for about $35 bucks you can mill a titanium abutment in about 30 minutes. Emax on top.
