CEREC STL 3D Printed, Another case with Exceed $190 For up to 50 Aligers and 2 refinements!

Ever since we dropped out price on Aligner therapy we have been doing a lot more ortho!!  Hopefully getting a new camera soon for my Omnicam so I can do away with powder in CEREC Ortho.  Class one post ortho relapse case!

 

 

You really do not have to use Meshmixer for Exceed Ortho just export right into their portal.  Just wanted to show that when you use CEREC Open STL the arches get exported in occlusion.

 

Just like invisalign you get a “clincheck” that you approve and they place attachments and recommend IPR.  They are n another time zone so this definitely happens within a week.  You are given models then to print.  I would print these on their base but the name and the aligner number is on it.

You use .5mm vacuform for the attachments and .7 for the aligners.  Put on attachments just like you did with Invisalign!  Great stuff!  A common question I get about the new CEREC export is, “Well what do I do with just a model?”  Well, here you go!
