Very White, Very Cheap: 3D Printed CEREC Aligner Models on the Moonray

No I am not describing my dance moves, lol.  One thing thats really cool about the Moonray is that it can take 3rd party resins.  Fun To Do makes resins for UV, DLP, and SLA Laser printers.  This resin, Snow white is about $63 per kg compared to $150 to $200 from other Resin providers.  I used supports as Exceed Ortho writes the patient name and tray number on the base of the model.

What I also like about the supports is that exceed trims the base pretty tight to the gingival of the anteriors.  The base lifts it up a bit.  I used a Mini Star from Great Lakes Ortho, but am getting a Drufromatt soon and will post those. This was .7mm vacuform sheets.
