Really nothing to write home about although it looks like I am right on #12 you will have to trust me we are not. Just placed a big Ol healing abutment no graft as our gap distance was less than 2mm.

Patient returned in 6 months, did not bother taking a gingival mask as I am not doing this as a split file and I used a cylindrical healing abutment.  E Max screw retained.

Hand polished the rough glaze, could have done better with my stain but overall a decent end result a single visit restoration.
