The Three Parameters that Matter for CEREC Crowns

We have the ability to customize a lot of things with our milled restorations, but what are the parameters that really matter?

There really are only THREE parameters for Cerec crowns:

1.  Spacer
2. Occlusal Milling Offset
3. Margin Thickness

In this video I discuss their importance and some recommendations for their values.   While there are many parameters, these three are the only ones that have a real impact on the actual milled surface.   The spacer is obviously the intaglio surface.  The occlusal milling offset is the occlusal surface, and the margin thickness has an impact on the lateral surface of the margin.
