Emergency on the Dance Floor

This patient was dancing at a wedding reception and slipped…. right on to her chin.   Had bilateral condylar fractures, lost a couple of teeth, and multiple teeth were fractured.   Ironically, she hadn’t been drinking.

This quadrant was restored with Emax CAD on the 1st molar and 1st premolar.   The 2nd premolar  and 2nd molar were restored with composite  resin (Ivoclar-Vivadent Evo Ceram.)
