Roses Are Red Violets Are Lithium DiSilicate: Emax Case on a Legacy Implant

This is a fun case where we restored an implant with an Emax screw retained crown.  Sorry no surgery pics.  Placed contour healer about a month previous. You can see how easy its going to be to design the sub gingival portion on this one.

 

Copied the Gingival Mask into the Lower Model folder and cut out the implant, then scanned the Scan Post, great contacts.

 

Milled it out and adjusted the occlusion in the mouth, then added a little anatomy.

 

Thanks to Dr James Klim for the tip on cementing the ti base with an analog!  Less messy!

Opaqued out the access using Teflon Tape and Opaque Flowable. A little ochre stain to keep it real.  I love these types of restorations and the fact that we can do these same day!
