Apologizing in advance as this one does not live up to my normal photographic standards. This patient could not open up so big and had a bit of bleeding (and you all know how much I hate the site of blood!). Fractured #12 obviously non restorable. Due to time and working the emergency into my schedule I did not do a CEREC Guide.

Removed the tooth with luxators. Thats another ditched prototype of some blue forceps. They were too big! Used a Verban stop to help with centering my osteotomy.
Sorry for the heme. Had a spare Re-Plant lying around so I used that 4.3 by 13mm. Tight space! Again, you can see the 2D limitations of the X-ray as I was really not that close.
Fairly large gap distance on the buccal (greater than 2mm) so we grafted and just packed in a half moon shaped membrane between the socket and the abutment. Stock Re-Plant abutment and grossly under contoured temp.
I only have the TSV scan posts, so took an impression and had my lab guy Jack from Level 3 do this case in InLab. Check out how incredibly white the MO 0 block is!! Its so white its not even purple in the un sintered state!
Jack’s final crown and abutment! Since I was so under contoured with my temp we have some pull of the tissue on the canine. I will see how that fills in, if not, I may have to take the crown off #11 and re-prep. Which would help the esthetics overall as the tooth looks a little squatty.
