Been doing some easy stuff as of late. Although there is nothing special about this case, it just shows how making and printing a guide takes almost no time and can give you some confidence in areas that are close to nerves. #29 Immediate can be pretty stressful with the mental nerve right there. Planned in the new Blue Sky Bio 4.7 with the “Wizard” using a Legacy 2 implant with the Bio Horizons Guided kit. Printed with Surgical Guide 2 on the Sprintray Pro.

Could have gone more subcrestal, but the mental nerve was close. 4.7 by 13mm Legacy 2, bone graft and membrane. Will restore with the new Implant Direct smart bases.
